From the beginning, we clearly emphasized our priorities to a short-list group of reputable architects. Our objective was to impact the market with new ideas that differentiate our project from all possible competitors. Great attention was given to “privacy”, “comfort” and “uniqueness”. Only through this brain storming process, were we able to decide on the final master plan we have today. By making use of the natural variance of the existing contours we decided to carve the sloping land into stepping platforms of 3 to 4 meters high. Along the West side of the development and parallel to the planned new highway, we have added another buffer zone garden to minimize any possible noise from that direction and to add more greenery to our project. On the Southwest corner, we’ve planned to have a service area hosting some of our electro-mechanical facilities as well as a soccer field, Tennis Courts, multi-purpose court and a children playground with a Cafeteria serving this area.
